     Pain and Progress is the book.  When it was given away to season ticket 
holders, a friend of mine showed me his.  I didn't get to read it, but it 
looks interesting.  Unfortunately, my periodic attempts to find it since 
then have all failed.  It's not on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Walden, or even 
in my local library.  If you have any luck finding one, let us know where 
you find it.
