Guys, the problem here is the arbitration system... basically, a player
goes in and says how great he is, and how should be paid this much,
because Player X gets that much his stats are comparable. Then the team
goes in and says what a shitty player he is, and they should only have
to pay him this much because so and so had better stats but makes much
less... its an adversarial system, and always leaves hard feelings.
There has to be a better way...
