I agree wholeheartedly...imagine us in the real world meeting with our boss
to discuss a raise and comparing ourselves to others...a business
no-no...you are supposed to discuss your own qualities and why you deserve
the raise with no comparisons...yes there has to be a better way since the
real-world way and the atheletic way in no way resemble each other ;)
