Hey Mindy,
  Maybe Don Whiting can help you!  He once gave me the website of some 
obscure Canadian underground used book place......I ordered my book on the 
Sutter Brothers (Six Shooters)....a book I had been searching for in vain 
for YEARS....and they delivered!!!!
I was a little skeptical at first, but the book arrived in near mint 
condition.......I'm sorry I don't have the website anymore.....
