This series has been really bizarre. It seems like the momentum regularly
shifts back and forth from team to team, even from period to period.. much
less A GAME!!! I guess it's only appropriate it's tied 2-2 then ;).
Avs sure look like our Schizo Twins of the West... are these teams clones
or something? They have both been guilty of inconsistent, uninspired play at
times.... despite their loads of talent. I know the Devs are 'up' now with
some confidence, and Avs are 'down' but that can all change with the 1st
shift of Game 5 as we well know.
So NJ HAS to play hard in Game 5, none of those lamer penalties like last
night in the 1st so they give Avs an early lead (then again, the team that's
scored first has lost the LAST 3 games, go figure).
But speaking of penalties.. is there any particular reason why we outplay
Avs a good portion of 2 periods and get TWO pp to their FIVE?? Uhm?
