Exactly my thoughts. If you think that you sitting out will be better 
for the team, then you do it! If you are hurt and are only going at 
50%, you have to ask if there is enough depth on this team that 
someone can fill your shoes at 50%.

It's the guys with too much pride and want to be out there, even if 
it hurts the team, that hurt the team. [How's that for logic?]
