Before all of us jump to conclusions, yes, Gandler's a moron, and he's not a 
great choice, but let's not draw any conclusions on Elias, hmm?  I mean, he's 
the one who fired his old agent because he was bothering him during the 
playoffs/finals.  I'd say Elias has an idea what he's doing, and if Gandler 
starts trying to control things, Elias'll fire him too.

(maybe giving Elias too much credit... but I don't think he's been hit in the 
head that many times yet.)
