Mindy-
Yes, EZPass is cheaper- for the most part.  You get a 10-15% discount on
most tolls you pay.  I know for instance, the Verrazano Bridge, for cash is
$7, EZPass, it's $6. I'm not sure about the increased tolls at the
Outerbridge, GWB, or Goethals.  Last time I went across those it was $4, so
I'm not sure what the discount, if any there is.  I am pretty sure there is
no discount for the turnpike, and I know for a fact that the Parkway tolls
are not discounted.
