 I asked some WHL experts/fans about this questionable pick ..

They said Foster will be a 'steal' if he stays healthy, for what it is
worth. I guess he would have gone Top 5-10 in the draft if NOT for his
injuries the past few years.

So the question mark is his injury probs, not his attitude or talent.
