excellence....   Laughing my ASS off!!

Here's some cool notes about todays game:  (aside from the obvious two
streaks)

-11 shots on goal were a season low by NYR

-Fleury the druggie and/or alchie still leads the team in points and goal
Kloucek doubled his penalty minutes from 30 to 59 in tonights game:  a
double major, another major, a 10 minute misconduct, and a pair of minors.

-Even though they suck, this was only the Rangers third time being shutout
this year.

-Mark Messygay said it best:

"It was an excellent game played by an excellent team," he said. "They have
all the ingredients of another championship club. They beat us all over the
rink tonight."

BTW, I found a great site for hockey statistics, if you don't already know

Also, anyone know the Rangers team salary for 2001?
