I think there is a misconception about the safety of the Newark
area.  Sure its not the greatest area, but just look how well teh NJPAC
has done.  The area around the arena will be just fine.  Plus if this
works and major rebuilding is done it will bode well for this city.  I
woiuld love to see a reconstruction of Newark sort of a renaisaance.  I
say give it a chance.
