I dont think its dead by any means.  This is typical pork barrel spending 
typically attached to many bills.  Some spineless weasel backed out.
It has suffered a temp setback.  Its' election year politics??I guess. It'll 
happen!  They wont let the only two "New Jersey" teams walk!  Your chances of 
getting another team later on in any sport is nill.  We'll all be going to 
the 2005 all-star game in the new arena.
